Just a quick note to say how sorry I was to hear of the deaths due to all the tornado activity in the South in the past day or so. Unlike other storms such as snow or hurricances, these suckers form so fast and people have little warning.

Hi Everyone,

Please come out to the concert for Haiti on Saturday, January 30th and the Guysborough Performing Arts Centre. The show will feature many local acts and starts at 7:30 p.m.

All proceeds go to the people of Haiti who need our help at this time.

I wanted to say that I was very sad to hear about the loss of more soldiers in Afghanistan, as well as the young journalist.

As I have said before, like most people, I'm not a great lover of war but I do respect and appreciate the sacrifices that our soldiers, and their families, make for us and our country.

Hi Everyone,

I wanted you to know that I'm taking a vacation over the holidays this year.

This is my first break in a little over two years, so I'm looking forward to spending more time with my sweetheart wife, Cathy, and my equally sweetheart five year old daughter, Jenna Danielle.

I've been extremely busy and it's been awhile since I posted.
